A limited number of $50.00 Scholarships are available on a first come first serve basis applicable only to the 2024-2025 Winter Youth Basketball season. Please read instructions below.

Completed applications which include the required documents ( See #2 & 3 below) will be processed in the order they are recieved. *SCHOLARSHIPS ARE LIMITED*

1. In order to apply, you must submit your application either online (INFO@JARPD.ORG) or in person at our District Office (Located: 8621 Jurupa Road., Jurupa Valley CA 92509)
2. In addition, in order to be eligible, you must submit proof of either Low-income (previous year Tax form showing the total amount of income for the year) or if applying for the Public Assistance Scholarship form, you must submit proof of Public Assistance (Calworks, CalFresh, WIC, MEDI-CAL IS NOT ELIGIBLE)
3. Proof of age of the child is also required in order to enroll them into the Winter Youth Basketball League.
4. Once the application has finished processing, a “Wet Signature” is required, which is a signature of the Scholarship Acceptance Letter in person.

The Scholarship is not awarded until the Scholarship Acceptance Letter has been signed.

Payment of the remaining balance will be due in full prior to proceeding with enrollment.
